Day 1
Hey everyone,
I woke up yesterday feeling awful, and the only thing that made it better was eating the same way I've been eating for months now - junk and more junk. I found myself addicted to sugary, carbonated drinks a few years ago, and this feels the exact same, except I'm eating chips, chocolate bars, and takeout to go along with it.
I found this site by accident this morning, and this seems to be the motivation and support I've been looking for, so I'm going to use it to stop treating my body like a garbage can starting today. I'm also going to stop acting like the TV and the couch are necessities, and go outside and find out what fresh air is like.
I know it's going to be difficult at times, and I know I'm going to struggle with food most of all, but I'm finally worried about my health enough that I think I can really do it this time. Thinking health and positivity,
