I am currently struggling at my highest ever. I have been thinking about what worked in the past and the time when I lost and maintained best was years ago when I used to frequent a board much like this one...

Thinking about what worked in the past is a great start! After years of struggling on my own, I came across this site exactly 1 year ago. I have posted everyday, since, and find that the incredible level of support here has been the backbone of my success. I pretty much stay on plan, but when I get off track I get right back on. For me, that is a very powerful tool for continued success.
