Absolutely!! I have found that when I start a new strength training workout I am ravenous after a workout and need to eat some good protein and a good carb afterwards, then about an hour later I am hungry again and I eat again, yes I do !! It eventually subsides but, I am ravenous.... There was this particular core workout that made me soooo ravenous after a workout specially the first time I did it... I chalked it up to my muscles needing to be replenished
and that is a very good thing...
