Thank you for your welcomes! n.n
It wasn't my idea for using the diet pills. It was my mom's idea. Right now she's using Alli for over a year, not a single lb loss, she actually gained weight; she's not gonna listen until she figures it out herself.
Well after work I bought some granola & fruit bars, some strawberries that I can slice, freeze & make my smoothies. I've made some Pina Colada smoothies for the first time for my mom (no alcohol of course), just frozen pinapple chunks from the frozen department & pina colada mix. I don't think my work sells like those powered boosters like what Orange Julius does, it'll be nice to have it though for a lil boost. Bought a variety of meats than just chicken breasts, like pork & beef. I do have frozen veggies left over. Leftover brown rice, thinking of trying to make mini onigiris with brown rice.
If my parents aren't gonna grill the seafood, I'll just grill my beef on the counter-top grill.
The biggest problem in my house is food. I'm asian - my mom cooks asian food, however my younger brother eats american food, so its troublesome. My mom tends to cook food that either I can eat & he can't, cook something that both of us can or can't eat, or just gets lazy & orders out. Luckily I'm now only paying one bill instead of 3, so I can save up & buy myself foods to eat, healthy of course.
I know exercise is another key thing to losing weight, however its hard for me to exercise. I like to walk with something to listen to, but where I live it doesn't "feel" safe. I should try to make more space in my tiny room to fit a DDR pad in here.
