My goal with this whole weightloss journey is to learn to eat healthy foods and normal portions along with self control. I don't want to have to count for the rest of my life although if I find I have to then I definately will to maintain! So I guess I'm posting this for some added accountability this week.. I'm confident that I can still end the week with a loss and that's all that matters to me!
zephyr, I've actually contemplated this down the road when I become even more familiar with calories in the foods I eat on a regular basis, as well as learn portion control.
