I am having some trouble. The weather is starting to get warmer here in Kansas (almost 80 degrees today!) and I just don't want to go to the gym. My roommate keeps telling me that I need to go to the gym (thank God) but I just don't want to. I want to hang out outside and soak up the sun. I am worried that if I just go for a walk then I won't burn enough calories and I'll mess up my goal of reaching 179 pounds by May 1st.
Should I go to the gym AND take a long walk??? It just seems silly to be cooped up in a gym on such a nice day. I'd run outside, but I don't run. Advice?
