Off hand no, but wouldn't your PT know of a good brace if that's what he suggested? When my DD had sore knees the doc said that it was the quad muscle that was weak and gave her exercises to strengthen the quads. When I had sore knees when I first started running I took glucosamine, that helped a lot, D H still takes it and feels his knees when he doesn't take if for a week or so. I now use ground flaxseed which is known as a good lublicator for joints. It isn't much but I hope this helps...
