Smile Time to get healty!

I've been taking a long hard look at what I have been doing to my body, despite knowing better. I don't want to out live my bodies ability to function.

Time to take responsibility to feed myself good, clean, wholesome food and to get my body moving! Admittedly, I am nervous of the physical addiction and reaction to the decrease of the poisons of sat fat, sugars and chemicals in processed foods, but they need to go!

I am excited to find this site. I have been lurking for a while and an excited to be part of such an awesome group of people with the same goals.

Welcome! And congrats on de-lurking

The physical reaction of your body when you suddenly change up the food you eat can be kinda scary, but I don't think it'll last long, and it's so worth it.

Good luck!

Welcome to 3FC! I, too, reached a point where I took a hard look at my body and the consequences of my bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Time for a serious attitude adjustment on my part . . lol Dumping the processed/chemicalized foods will not be as difficult as you think once you discover how much better you feel eating cleaner. There is so much wisdom and inspiration to be found here, I wish you lots of success in meeting your goals.
