Default Losing the belly without losing the boobs

Is it possible? Although i don't mind my boobs getting a bit smaller i really don't want to go under a DD. I'm a currently a G but am slowly losing weight and although my boobs haven't got any smaller yet i know they will. Previously when i was at my current goal weight, i was a DD and happy, but i may carry on losing when i reach it but don't want to lose any more off my bust. My boyfriend used to joke that he would never have looked at me twice and we probably wouldn't be together now if i was under a D, I know its only a joke and he is not really that shallow, but i've always been quite proud of and considered my large boobs one of my best and biggest assets. Has anyone else come across this problem and have you found a solution to it?

There is no solution to that...you will lose weight from the areas that your body will lose weight. As for myself...I have lost 80lbs, and only about 2 cup sizes...and I don't think mine. will get any smaller. You can do push ups and chest excersises to try and build muscle behind the girls to push them out a little more.

Well, I'm gonna be in trouble then. I'm a C and already know they are going to deflate once I lose all the weight. I don't think you're gonna have to worry too much. I doubt all the rest of the weight you want to lose is going to come from your chest.

I worry about that too. But if I have to choose between being a big girl with bigs boobs or a skinny girl with average boobs, I'm going for the latter.

You're not big and have very little to lose anyway, so I don't think you'll be under a DD when you reach your goal. But if you are, it's no big deal. Your boobs will most likely shrink in proportion to your waist, so they'll look just as big.

Don't forget to keep updating your bra. That will ensure that you look your best -- regardless of what size you turn out to be!

I feel the same way. I don't want my boobs to shrink. I want them to stay in a D cup. I think I like my boobs being big because I have no butt and I feel like it makes up for that.

Ladies, ladies, ladies ...

I can't believe that a girl that is as pretty as you are ... would say that your best asset is your boobs; they may be one of them (lesser IMO as they are an appendage). Your lovely face and smile and pretty eyes and cute nose and lovely auburn hair would be the first thing I would notice.

To me, if anyone only noticed your boobs first, I'd say that IS pretty shallow ... you are adorable and your DH should be telling you so ... AND I bet you have some other talents and good qualities of character as well!

So ... celebrate your wonderful self!

I'd like to loose both please! lol I've always thought they were too big for my frame (I'm 34GG/H) and was once poised to have a reduction on the NHS but I wimped out I'd be extatic if I got down to a DD/E cup. I'll keep dreaming.. lol

I wouldn't mind losing a little off the girls. The way I see it, the older I get, the more they are gonna head south. If I stay the weight I am, mine will be dragging on the ground by 60!

Remember, a 40DD is NOT the same volume as a 34DD! You could very well lose weight in your cup size proportionally to losing in your band size, and stay in the same cup size since your breasts are getting smaller, but are still the same proportion to your band size. Or you could be like me and go down a band size but not lose actual breast volume and have to go UP a cup size when you go down a band size.

I second the recommendation for chest exercises--mine are definitely perkier!

I'd be quite happy to loose some breast... I was an 34A before I had children (and put weight on) and now I am a 38DD! I have to say... as much as I hated them at the time, in hind sight I prefer the smaller boobs! lol I just wish I they would shrink without sagging in the process!

^^^ What Stella said.

I've gone from an 18DD to a 14F, but my boobs are smaller. It depends on the fat to breast tissue proportions - as you lose fat, you'll lose it from your boobs as well. If they're higher in fat you'll lose proportionately more size than if they were higher in breast tissue.

I second the idea of making sure you keep up with the bra size changes. It'll make what you have look perkier!

If they are large in proportion to the rest of your body now, they will be large in proportion to the rest of your body when you are 126 lbs.
