Default My Sister's Wedding!!!!

Hi! My name is Kandice. I'm 27 from Louisiana and need all of the help, advice, and support I can get. My younger sister is getting married next year and I really do not want to be the fat bridesmaid with a dress different from everyone else to fit my body type. I have until 11/11/11 to lose approximately 100 pounds, but I need all the time I can get. I need to lose this weight. I do not want to be trapped in this body anymore. Any support or advice to help me achieve my goal would be greatly appreciated.

thats a good bit of time i think you can definitley achive that even if your a few pounds short of your goal youll still look fantastick ... loosing weight is fustrating but with good eating and excersize behaviors the pounds are SURE to come down no if's ands or buts about it ! im probably not the best source of infor as there are ppl here who have lost way more than i have but i just wanted to tell you it CAN be done congrats on not waiting for the last minute ... ive been known to wait for the last two months before an event to try and crash diet pounds off ... its not a good idea ... i know that now .. if i had taken your approach and addressed the issue months in advance i would have been better off you have the time that you need buckle down and be serious and im sure you'll achive results that will make you happy !

Hey K! U can do it! I am on the SBD diet and it's working well. We'd love to see pics. of the dress and u in it when you've reached goal!

Kandice, What plan of action do you have so far? I think it is very important to find a diet plan that you can live with. 20 years ago I was the fat Maid of Honor at my sister's wedding. I tried to lose weight by crash dieting and going on plans that I couldn't stick with as I didn't like the food. I have gained and lost the same 50 pounds over and over again. For the first time, I am on a plan that is working for me. Look through all the forums under diet central and you will find massive amounts of honest information on all kinds of diets. Please choose one where you like the food. Exercise is also very important. Also, drink lots and lots of water as it flushes out the fat as you are losing. This is a great decision. Keep us posted; I want to see you in that dress too!

I just want to thank all of you for your support. I am so grateful for all of the feedback. I'll be sure to post the picture, who knows maybe that will be my inspiration to lose the weight. The scary idea of posting a horrible picture of myself. Thanks again
