Kandice, What plan of action do you have so far? I think it is very important to find a diet plan that you can live with. 20 years ago I was the fat Maid of Honor at my sister's wedding. I tried to lose weight by crash dieting and going on plans that I couldn't stick with as I didn't like the food. I have gained and lost the same 50 pounds over and over again. For the first time, I am on a plan that is working for me. Look through all the forums under diet central and you will find massive amounts of honest information on all kinds of diets. Please choose one where you like the food. Exercise is also very important. Also, drink lots and lots of water as it flushes out the fat as you are losing. This is a great decision.
