Hey ladies! thankyou for the support, had my induction today at the gym, then spent 20 mins doing some cardio on the bike and this weird half treadmill half stepper thingy. anywho, it killed my legs and butt so must be doing some good!
im really loving my Ki Fit... i have a pretty active job and its actually amazing me how many steps and vigorous activity i do each day... just at work!
so todays stats:

pretty happy with that, i think if i carry on that way and dont lose any weight theres gotta be something wrong with me! lol
ive eaten really well, lots of fruit and veggies, complex carbs, some dairy and protein.
so i guess im gonna use this space as a bit of a diary...
