I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO sore today, WOW!!! I can barely lift my arms. LOL. Should I do it today again or give myself a rest day? I'd really like to carry on, but I also want to be able to move tommorow. HA!

Today will be Day 7 of Level 1 for me. Unfortunately, I'll be at work until about 10 this evening, but I'll do it when I get home
I've found the cardio and some of the strength moves are getting easier. But the first three minutes (the pushups and overhead presses/squats) still kill me. My arms must just be super wimpy! At this point I wonder if I'll ever be able to do a regular push-up
Babygrant, I felt that way on day two as well. I worked out anyway and I actually felt alot better afterwards! I say go for it!
Guess what just came in? Tracking info was wrong. I have 30 DS!! I am doing it this evening! Let you know how I feel later! I am going to have my daughter take a pic of me on day 1 and then update the pic every 6th day (6 pics total, in the same outfit).
Missed last nights workout. Fell asleep at 7pm woke up at midnight, went back to bed. Just crazy! LOL
Day 1 of Shred for me, and omg was I tired!!! I made the mistake of using 10 lb weights, in the first circuit. LOL My arms were messed up!! I took a 2 min break before going onto (walking in place) 2nd and 3rd circuit, I used 5 lb weights so much better!!! The last circuit of abs was killer, but I hung in there!! AWESOME workout!! Now I am drinking Dr. Oz's Belly Fat-Blasting Smoothie! I feel great! We will see how I am feeling tomorrow.
