Default 30 Day Shred MARCH thread

The other thread is crazy long...so I thought I'd start a thread for march!

Today I did Level 1 Day 1 and hated it at the time but I feel great!! Tommorow is day 2!

Keep going! It makes you want to throw up in the beginning, but it's amazing what one month can do!

I just finished Day 30, and plan on alternating it with my other exercise plan now when I feel too tired/lack time to do a full hour.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO sore today, WOW!!! I can barely lift my arms. LOL. Should I do it today again or give myself a rest day? I'd really like to carry on, but I also want to be able to move tommorow. HA!

Today will be Day 7 of Level 1 for me. Unfortunately, I'll be at work until about 10 this evening, but I'll do it when I get home

I've found the cardio and some of the strength moves are getting easier. But the first three minutes (the pushups and overhead presses/squats) still kill me. My arms must just be super wimpy! At this point I wonder if I'll ever be able to do a regular push-up

Babygrant, I felt that way on day two as well. I worked out anyway and I actually felt alot better afterwards! I say go for it!

I did it!

I did my two modified pushups, tried for a third but it didn't work, so I did wall pushups instead.

babygrant - That is great! GREAT job!

sct - Awesome job!

Guess what just came in? Tracking info was wrong. I have 30 DS!! I am doing it this evening! Let you know how I feel later! I am going to have my daughter take a pic of me on day 1 and then update the pic every 6th day (6 pics total, in the same outfit).

I think the first 6 mins. is the hardest if that helps; just remember it gets better after the pushups are over

Missed last nights workout. Fell asleep at 7pm woke up at midnight, went back to bed. Just crazy! LOL

Day 1 of Shred for me, and omg was I tired!!! I made the mistake of using 10 lb weights, in the first circuit. LOL My arms were messed up!! I took a 2 min break before going onto (walking in place) 2nd and 3rd circuit, I used 5 lb weights so much better!!! The last circuit of abs was killer, but I hung in there!! AWESOME workout!! Now I am drinking Dr. Oz's Belly Fat-Blasting Smoothie! I feel great! We will see how I am feeling tomorrow.

How are you girls doing?
