It's 5 in the morning, so Good Morning and Hello :)
Let's see...I'm 22 going on to 23 in a few months. I mainly started to gain weight the last 4-5 years, most likely starting my senior year in high school. I stopped doing sports, and was more concerned with school work. Leading to the wonderful world of STRESS EATING!! =D
Then college started and a whole new world opened up, 24 hour cafeteria and 24 hour fast food places right across the dorms. Needless to say, that did not factor in well with a double major, a minor, and being actively involved in student organizations.
Honestly, I never took charge in losing weight, it was always in the back burner because I always felt I had something else more pressing to do, such as finish that 10 page paper, or read all those articles for discussion, etc etc. So now, I'm planning on taking charge for real this time, especially since I don't really have anything going on right now after having graduated from college.
I look forward to your advice/tips/encouragement when I reach that point where I want to give up and just pig out on chips or french fries. (I'm more of a savory person rather than sweets, I can live without sweets/desserts.)
...I hope this wasn't too wordy...haha.
