I'm hoping to be down to 150 by summer, so I won't be to GOAL yet, but I will be feeling A LOT better about myself!!!

I'm planning on a lot of road trips this summer and hanging out with friends in the mountains and the beach.

Probably what I'm REALLY looking forward to is looking a lot better in tank tops. Lets hope I can get rid of these bat wing arms!

I'm excited about wearing tank tops to show off my shoulders and shorts (since I haven't worn any in about 10 years!). I'm excited to go to the beach and not feel like everyone is looking me because I have the gall to take off my shirt, lol. I'm also looking forward to joining a summer women's soccer league!

I don't think I'll be bikini-ready yet. I'm close to goal, but I'm still the exact same body fat perentage. Meaning, I look the same, still blubbery. I just look a lot better with clothes on, haha.

BUT, my wonderful boyfriend is coming home on leave (he's currently in Iraq) in July. He hasn't seen me since I lost weight, so that should be fun We're going to visit my parents in Wyoming and then his parents in Wisconsin.

my cousin's getting married in july. i've been in 3 of my cousin's weddings so far and i always look HUGE in the bridesmaid's dress because they always pick dresses that look good on the smaller girls. i'm looking forward to looking HOT in my skinny girl dress

I won't be going to the beach, but my boyfriend and I have a two-week overseas trip planned and I am so excited to be in shape for all the sight-seeing! I've been on vacations before that were pretty miserable because I wasn't used to all the walking, but this time I'll have enough energy to make the most of those plane tickets.

amyleigh: Bridesmaid's dresses really are the devil if you're bigger than the rest of the bride's friends. You're gonna look great! Hopefully the dress is tasteful and not seafoam taffeta with shoulder pads.

tkm256: I know what you mean about getting exhausted on vacations... everything seems so cool but it's so hard to get to them if you're not in the right shape. I'm sure this summer will be a great experience for you.

As for me, I just found out that I will get to go to Greece as a part of a research project! Most of the trip will be spent studying orthodox churches in long skirts, so the time I spend in a bikini might be minimal, but I'm DEFINITELY making sure I get to go to the beach at least once. AND climb the ruins. I'll be doing some intense squats to get ready for that, lol.

i would love to be able to wear shorts for once! also taking long walks with my toddler, last year he was only a few months old but i was too heavy and would overheat(because i couldn't wear shorts and tanks) so im hoping to lose another 20 pounds by summer so i can feel comfortable enough to wear it!

Im just looking forward to some sunshine. Im so sick of these dark days. I want to go to the beach. I want to wear shorts and not worrying about how my legs look and feel confident in a swimming suit.

I also want to be confident in a bikini! And short shorts! I'd also like to learn how to swim (should probably start now..) and take a scuba course in the summer if I can afford it.

I can't wait to wear shorts! Two summers ago, I wore pants every day and the heat just killed me but I hated my legs. Last summer I wore bermuda shorts but because I was wearing a bigger size and I'm short, they were really long on me. This year I'm aiming for regular ol' shorts.

I can't wait to buy a new bathing suit, too! I had one size 12 bathing suit and I gave it away last summer because I thought I'd never fit in it again.

I just love everything about summer! Can't wait for the first beach trip! Last year we went to Sandy Hook in April when we had that mini heat wave. The water was only 50 degrees but I got a sunburn.

I live at the beach (5 minutes by car) and haven't been during the summer for about two years, so I want to go have fun there boogey boarding and such. I also want to go camping! I use to go every year until I was about 13 and I am dying to camp again.

There is also a really long bike path near where I live that goes right next to the beach and beachy nature. I really want to do that again.

Can't wait to pull of tang tops, halter tops, a bikini, and shorts again!
