Default Ow! My aching...

KNEES?

My knees hurt. The inner knees to be exact. They hurt when I am laying in bed on my side. I have to put a pillow or fluffy comforter between my thighs when I sleep.

I guess I lost the fat around my knee caps. Weird.

On a related note: I feel skinny today. Today is a good day. I'd gone up from 161 lbs to about 163/164 lbs. This morning I am back down to 161. Yay! Also, I'm wearing jeans that make my butt look fan-freaking-tastic. LOL! Operation Hot Butt is a success, people!

It's so funny how weight loss slows whenever you are near a huge milestone (like Onederland or Goal). Don't you just love that?

Lol, I had the same problem starting at 250. I have discovered a pillow between my knees is very necessary at anything below that point.

Congrats on being so close to your goal, BTW!

It's such a weird thing. It only started happening recently. Maybe I have big bones or something. LOL!
