Default Hey Everybody!

I've already made a few posts, but it's probably a good idea to introduce myself! I'm a 17 year-old girl, five-two, and I weigh about 115 pounds, so I'm not really looking to lose a lot of weight. But I came across this site and I think it's really great, so I decided to join. Just like everybody else, I sometimes need motivation and support every now and then. I'm also excited to offer my support to other people. I admire all you guys!

Hi and welcome! You sound sensible with how much you're wanting to lose so take it slow and stay motivated and i'm sure you'll get there Check out the featherweights group for people like yourself who aren't looking to lose a lot, but still need support the same as everyone else x

Hi, I'm new to this site too and I'm 5'7" and looking to lose 20 lbs. So far the weight-loss pursuit has been a very difficult challenge for me.

Well, I guess the Eat, Stop, Eat diet is more successful than the EAT, EAT, EAT diet -which is my personal favorite!
