Hey Everybody!
 

I've already made a few posts, but it's probably a good idea to introduce myself! I'm a 17 year-old girl, five-two, and I weigh about 115 pounds, so I'm not really looking to lose a lot of weight. But I came across this site and I think it's really great, so I decided to join. Just like everybody else, I sometimes need motivation and support every now and then. I'm also excited to offer my support to other people. I admire all you guys!

Hi and welcome! You sound sensible with how much you're wanting to lose so take it slow and stay motivated and i'm sure you'll get there :) Check out the featherweights group for people like yourself who aren't looking to lose a lot, but still need support the same as everyone else x

Hi, I'm new to this site too and I'm 5'7" and looking to lose 20 lbs. So far the weight-loss pursuit has been a very difficult challenge for me.

Well, I guess the Eat, Stop, Eat diet is more successful than the EAT, EAT, EAT diet -which is my personal favorite! ;)
