Hi and thanks for the welcome, the diet plan i`m on is calorie counting based, for the first 2 weeks i`m on 1200 calories per day, then the next 2 weeks i`m on 1400 calories per day then my diet leader will give me my calorie allowance, the class i go to is more than just a weigh in we have the weigh in then a talk then a 45 min exercise class which is great and fun to
I`m married and my kids are 4 and 8, i just feel its time for me to get myself into better shape now that the kids are getting older, i want to loose 2 stone to start with then i`ll see how i feel and look when i get there, but i`m taking it 7lbs at a time
