Hi Newbie here
Hi guys i`m new here, just found this site and it looks good so far :D
I`m a 44 year old mum of 2 lovely kids (even if i say so myself lol) I joined Rosemary Conley last night, i really enjoyed the class but i recon this first 2 weeks is going to be hard so i`m looking for some support, so if anyone out there is doing this diet it would be great to hear from you. Look forward to getting to know you all :) |

I'm also 44 and a mom of 2. Never heard of your Weigh loss plan. What is it all about? When you are comfortable, why don't you tell us a little about yourself. What kind of goals are you looking at in regards to pounds lost...etc. Looking forward to getting to know you better. |
Hi and thanks for the welcome, the diet plan i`m on is calorie counting based, for the first 2 weeks i`m on 1200 calories per day, then the next 2 weeks i`m on 1400 calories per day then my diet leader will give me my calorie allowance, the class i go to is more than just a weigh in we have the weigh in then a talk then a 45 min exercise class which is great and fun to :)
I`m married and my kids are 4 and 8, i just feel its time for me to get myself into better shape now that the kids are getting older, i want to loose 2 stone to start with then i`ll see how i feel and look when i get there, but i`m taking it 7lbs at a time :) |
