I had a bad weekend... Just some bad decisions in the food department and not working out as I should have. I didn't really gain any weight but I didnt really lose any either. How do you guys handle the guilt of knowing you were bad? I feel like I should spend 3 hours at the gym today to make myself feel a little better.

The only friggin' thing that makes me feel better is to jump immediately back onto the bandwagon and keep on truckin'. Nothing else works for feeling better!

Don't guilt yourself into anything crazy. If you want to do some extra at the gym that's okay--also if you find yourself not so hungry today why not cut back some on the calories too.

Kabaker we've all been there and will continue to do so along our journey. Don't beat yourself up so hard about it. So you slipped up...you're only human. Like the other ladies have already said, the best thing to do is just jump right back on the bandwagon. If 3 hours at the gym will make you feel better then to do but dont do it as a punishment to yourself. If you'll be miserable being there for 3 hours, just do your regular workout.

You just pick yourself up and move back on.

You just say "self, we didn't make the greatest choices last weekend, but that's okay, we are only human, this week we'll do better!"

Back to eating well and I did some time at the gym this morning and I plan to go back for a pilates class this evening. I am feeling better already!
