Default Back Again

Well I am back again. I am hoping for support as I once again start a weight loss journey. I am using basic calorie counting, my wii fit, and other exercise here and there. I enjoy zumba, hoola hooping (on my wii fit), my ab lounge and just basic walking. I have lost some weight but have gained it back so I am back again to make buddies and for support. I am determined, and ready just need support.

On another note, something that encouraged me to get back into the fitness realm is my 32 yr old significant other had a 90% blockage in one of his main arteries and I always thought he was healthy. So we are eating much healthier (didnt realize how much sodium was in every day foods) and trying to exercise daily.

Anyone who wants to be a buddy I am a mom of 2 (but really 6 if you count his mine and ours), I work full time, I am 29, and live in IL.

Sorry to hear about your SO; they say that we should not only eat healthier for a healthier heart, but brush our teeth before bed each night to get the plaque off our teeth. Can't hurt; and it may help ...

When I first started 3FC I remember reading tons of Introductions and probably 80% of them were from people returning to 3FC after regaining weight they had lost. It was kind of a wake-up call for me....made me realize that first, I was never going to quit posting, (unless I get kicked off...) and that I had lost and regained so many times in my life that my ultimate goal this time was not to lose the weight, but to maintain every pound I was fortunate enough to shed. So now, even though I am at goal, and I could easily say I don't need a weight loss support group anymore, I log onto 3FC everyday...whether I am up a pound or not, whether I blew it the day before, or worked my fanny off. Keep posting. Don't give up. Okay?
