OK, so it was for less than a minute, but I pumped my legs, had that nice runners stride going... and it felt good...real good, I haven't RAN in about 2 years, but just that little burst reminded me that I AM STRONG, or at least that I CAN be strong again...maybe, since I've been hauling the kdi around in her stroller anyway (she walks too slow...) I'll start putting a couple little runnning bursts in to my walks...yeah, I think that's a plan
