Debbers.. I think you should be able to count stress!!

Today was not my best day - but still a good day over all.

Today is August 15 - a day I can mark on my calendar every year for my allergies to begin (ragweed) - and every year, with out fail, August 15 is the day I start praying for frost - because that is when this will all end. Urgh!

After reading the water article I gave myself "permission" (oh the mind games we play!) to only drink 50 oz of water.. plus 2 diet cokes!!! so no points for water.

I'm not sure if I can count exercise - I didn't do anything planned. We went to the park and we walk around - no biggie. So another no pointer there.

Food... well... I must be honest here... I've been sampling food today.. samples are free right? I MUST STOP EATING LITTLE EXTRAS.
confession time here.. Once in a blue moon I would grab one of my daughter's "potty treats" - for you non parents - I give Sara a hersey kiss every time she sits on the toilet for 2 minutes. There have been days where I have had one.. maybe two kisses.. I went to dwlz and found out that 3 kisses is 2 ww points.. yikes. SO....

to make this even a longer post I am going to say 0 points for food too - as a punishment for all my "samples" this week. I bet they have added up to 10 ww points total. (not terrible - but not accurate) - I hate that I can be so anal at times!

Total points for today - zippo!!!

Going to my MILs this weekend.. for 4 days!!! you guys know how bad things suck when I go there.. I keep telling myself that August will be over soon - and September will be here.. can't wait!!

I got 2 points today.. one for food and one for exercise.

My water intake wasn't great, but to be honest, I wasn't really thirsty. I also think I finally lost a lot of the water I was carrying, so maybe a bad day now and then will help? Who knows.

well thursday was a very bad day for me. I had to make a 6 hour road trip to see my father and give him my grandparents peaches. So it was a STRESSFULL day. I came home and ate pizza and icecream. I don't think I had any protien at all today!

And I pulled a calf muscle so I haven't been able to even move!

0 points for me today,

Water - 1 - I almost gave myself permission to not do this. Maybe I'll lower my goal intake with the next 30 day challenge, but I made it!!

I should start counting my daily trips from my classroom to the district office as exercise! It is literally about 2/10 of a mile from my room to there and back!

I also am going to cut my water goal down the next go-around. 96 oz. is just unrealistic during the school year. I would either be having to go to the bathroom every half-hour at school (can't do it) or up all night going potty (not when I have to wake up at 5:15 for work!!!)

This check in is late, but still wanted to post my points for this last weekend. Dh & I took an extended weekend & spent Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday at a cabin by a lake. We had a great time, & I even managed to stay mostly OP!!!

Anyway, tally for Thursday was 2 points. Exercise was a big fat 0 again...
