Ready for another week?? I hope you'll join me in staying On Plan everyday this week!! Post your plan for the week & then come back each night to let us know how you did.

My plan: 1450 calories, 64oz of water, some exercise

Monday: about 1800 calories (eek!), 72oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 1
Tuesday: 1550 calories, 72oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 2
Wednesday: so so bad!! 64oz of water, no exercise

Monday: 1640 calories, 112 oz of water, gym day 1 (35 minutes on the elliptical)
Tuesday: 1635 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 2 (35 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike)
Wednesday: 1491 calories, 80 oz of water, no gym (PTA night at school)
Thursday: 1370 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 3 (35 minutes elliptical, weights)
Friday: 1456 calories, 108 oz of water, gym day 4 (40 minutes elliptical)

I am in again this week!!!

1400-1650 cals, 85 oz water and gym 4-5 days.

Monday: 1697 cals, 75 oz water and no gym.
Tuesday: 1638 cals, 80 oz water and 1.5 hrs at gym.
Wednesday: 1358 cals, 90 oz water and 1 hour of Zumba!
Thursday: 1505 cals, 80 oz warer and 1.5 hours at gym.
Friday: approx 1700 cals, 50 oz water and no gym.

I am in

Exercise 4 days, drink 8 glasses of water, eat out only once this week

Monday: treadmill 3.51 miles 68 minutes/drank 8 glasses of water/didn't eat out
Tuesday: no exercise/drank 8 glasses of water/didn't eat out
Wednesday: exercise 1.66 miles 30 minutes/drank 8 glasses of water/didn't eat out

Count me in! I haven't done one of these in months!

1400-1600 cals......workout at least 3 days (plus the weekend that will be another post, right?).......at least 96 ounces of water.......around 20g of fiber

Mon: 1590 Cals In, Ran/Walked for 42 minutes at 441 cals burned, Right now at 107 ounces of water, 21g of fiber

Tues: 1370 Cals In, Walked for about 20 minutes (to dance 77 and back 70) at 147 Cals burned and I also took my dog for a short 10 minute walk, At 64 Ounces of water...I'll drink more, 20g of fiber

Wed: 1393 Cals In, Did 30DS (ick) L1D1 & Ab Jams 10 Mins Standing Abs burning 424 cals, At 83 Ounces of water...still drinking, 20g of fiber

Thurs: 1680 cals In, No exercise, No water, 11g of fiber I'll fix that no water thing but not by enough at this time of the night. And I'll TRY to get in some exercise but I'm not making promises. I haven't sat all day and my legs are killing me from the shred last night.

I'll join in:

1500 calories/day
exercise at least 3/5 days (Turbo Jam: 20 minutes)
Drink 64oz a day

Monday: 1700 calories, drank 64 oz of water, and just finished Turbo Jam 20 minute workout
Tuesday: 1300 calories, drank 50 oz of water, and just finished Turbo Jam 20 minute workout
Wednesday: 1500 calories, drank 60 oz of water, had a bad day and don't feel like working out.
Thursday: 1500 calories, drank 96+ oz of water, Turbo Jam 20 minute workout
Friday: 1468 calories, drank 96 oz of water, no exercise
Saturday: 1520 calories, drank, 24 oz of water, about to start my Turbo Jam 20 min.

Overall, I didn't do too bad. I have a harder time staying OP with water on the weekend, for some reason.

Monday's shot because I have no self control at restaurants that offer bread before the meal, but I will commit to Tues through Sat to make up for it! I aim for 1200-1500 cal per day, forgiving low calories on the day I work both jobs (no lunch break) and I had just at 2000 today (Monday). I'll leave it up here and see what my average is at the end of the week.
Mon: 2000
Tue: 1026
Wed: 1172
Thur: 1481
Fri: 1342
Sat: 2421. I. Failed. Today.

Average 1888.4.
If you didn't count today, my average would have been 1404.2.
My only consolation is I rounded up on EVERYthing and I was completely honest with all the junk food I put in my mouth.

Went over today, but I'm not out! I did the 30 Day Shred & drank all my water, so I'm happy about that.

How did everyone else do??

I had my weigh in this morning and I'm only down .5 so I'm not very happy. I'm excited that I ran yesterday and I'm not sore today. Last time I had shin splints so bad I couldn't walk.

If it's not raining I'm going to walk my youngest daughter to dance and back home because Tuesday is usually my rest day and God knows I had enough of those last week.

I also think I'm going to try to stick between 1400-1500. 1600 just seems so high and I had to eat extra last night to get there. I also don't want to eat too little either though so that seems like a good range.
