Default Starting over...again

Hey guys
It has been awhile since I was here last. Last year I lost almost 40lbs and then I lost my job and my house. Of course that made me an emotional wreck and I ate myself back up.

All in all I survived last year and here I am. I am ready to tackle this again.

I am going back to what I did last year, calorie counting. It worked for me and I want for nothing. I actually eat more food now then when I was eating unhealthy, mainly because all the fast food would make me ill.

Anyway, thanks for letting me come back.

Welcome back! I'm so sorry for your struggles, and I hope life will be much kinder to you this year. Good for you for wanting to regain your health and feel better!

I'm a newbie, and I hope we can lose together and encourage each other! I am certain we will both reach our goals and then maintain!

Hey everybody and eviemc, I am back again too. I lost 60 on Nutrisystem and kept it off for two years. Then I remarried and I have gained half of my weight back. I don't have the money for NS now, so I am attempting to do this on my own by cutting calories and staying away from refined sugars. It is great to read all the posts in the forum and know there are people out there like us. I know we can do this with commitment just like before!
