This is the one I used, based on recommendations from others on 3fc. Lots of useful info that you can enter, including your age, body fat, activity level. Gives you lots to play with!
Go to the bottom of the page for the calorie cycling option. They will give you really exact numbers, like 1423 in one day, so I round up or down, making sure it averages to the same calorie target over the week.
The only tip I can think of - which might be an anti-tip! - is that the site generates the highest calorie day on Wednesday. I prefer to have my higher calorie days on the weekends, or another designated day when I have a lunch or dinner out, for example. Don't know if that messes up the theory of calorie cycling or not [they plan the week Monday to Sunday with target calories--low cal--high cal--target--low--high--target] but I focus on the average for the whole week, so I shift days around. Sometimes unintentionally! (if I just end up eating too much or too little one day....)
