Hmm--I'm not much of a cook so I don't really have a recipe. There are several things I like, such as chicken breast marinated in low fat italian dressing and grilled or baked, also black beans with salsa. I also happen to like cooked carrots and baked sweet potatoes. Again, no real recipes here so I'm not much help on this one.

i don't cook much either...well recipe cook. i usually will have tilapia baked in the oven with onion and celery on it. chicken breasts. a couple things i have been doing is subsituting things... like i had a grilled cheese yesterday... i had 2 pieces of wheat bread sprayed both sides with spray butter (0 cal 0 fat) fat free cheese and a pickle. so it was total 200 calories with some healthy choice soup. it was so good! i also make a linguini salad with noodles, fat free italian and salad supreme. its nice to be able to sub with healthy things and still eat what you used to!

My favorite low calorie recipe is to cook a boneless skinless chicken breast with some cilantro and cumin. I then shred it and put it over shreded lettuce with lime juice, black beans and grape tomatoes. If I want to add a bit more calories to it I will add a few slices of avacado and some fat free shredded cheddar.

This is my absolute favorite dinner. Sometimes I will make it without the chicken and just have it with the beans.
