Ok, I am going upstairs RIGHT NOW to do my new stretch bands lower body workout!! I have to move when I think of it, otherwise the motivation will pass me by this week. I'm on my second week now without steady exercise (slaps self on hand). Time to get going once again!

Ok, I did it - at first, I thought the stretch bands were a little lame, until I stopped - OW! MY BUTT!! I'll give it a couple more weeks and see.
