Default Butt Movers #20

Hiyas -

My MIL is a P.E. teacher, and is always getting free stuff to try out for her class. She sent me these exercise bands and the book of about 50 different stretching and weight training exercises you can do with these things. I'll let you know how I like it and where you can get it (unless it's a complete waste, which many of the goodies she gets is )

So good to be back on the exercise track...

Did the 8 minute morning workout this morning. Plan to either walk or step tonight. My sister is out of town, so I guess it will will depend on if my kids will work with me. At least I do something, in the way of exercise.

Only had two days of water exercise and two walking days last week. Did pool work this am, hope to aget all three in this week and some walking even though it's so hot here again this week.

A P.E. teacher for a Mil! Is that pressure or what? I thought it was pressure that my dil is training again for the Marine Corps Marathon. She is so healthy and has really worked to get herself in good shape and has my ds in good shape too.

Did my 2 miles today! Didn't think I'd be able to get it done. But I left work early (That goes to show how dedicated to moving my butt I really am).

this morning I did 1.5 miles with Leslie Sansone and then floor exercises and stretching with Richard Simmons.

Okay, someone give me a kick in the rear. I have been doing TERRIBLE with exercise the past few days Not sure what my problem is. I just need to get up & moving today. I feel sooo much better when I exercise, so I have no idea why I just don't do it!?! I am going to do something today if it kills me!!

Ok, I am going upstairs RIGHT NOW to do my new stretch bands lower body workout!! I have to move when I think of it, otherwise the motivation will pass me by this week. I'm on my second week now without steady exercise (slaps self on hand). Time to get going once again!

Can you see me talking myself into this? hehehe.....

Ok, I did it - at first, I thought the stretch bands were a little lame, until I stopped - OW! MY BUTT!! I'll give it a couple more weeks and see.

Walked 2 miles today. It feels good to be back in the saddle. Didn't do well at all on my mini vacation.
