Body scan of 250lb and 120lb woman.
Following link seems to be interesting and an eye opener.
Body scan of 250lb and 120lb woman side by side. (Airport scanners not expected to be this detailed)

Wow, that is really inspiring to me. The woman on the left can't even stand in normal alignment; and her organs!
Now, this is very unscientific, but I have often noticed women who seem similarly obese, and some just look a lot more comfortable than others. I wonder if their scans would look different? If different body shapes handled the weight differently?

Wowzer. That's eye-opening. I hated that my arms bowed out like that when I was at my heaviest. They hang straight down now!

So, looking at these women, it seems that as you lose weight, the "inside" part of you would shrink too? Because in the obese woman, the inside of her body cavity is much bigger than the thin woman--why is that?
I've wondered where all this fat is supposed to come off of my body from--it would make sense if some of it was hidden, I just don't understand what that is.

Oh yeah, you gain a lot of internal fat around the abdominal organs. That's the most dangerous kind.
