If you ever watch Big Medicine they often show inside someones abdomen when they are performing a WLS and the amount of fat is amazing.

Wow.That's shocking.I always knew being overweight was unhealthy, but I've never seen how it affects your body like that before.I'm going to use that to inspire me to continue losing weight.
