Im starting my two day detox tomorrow as a nice kick start to my new healthy lifestyle. Feel i need to detox after all the stodgy food over the christmas.
though im not looking to go "comando" and be supper serious about it to the point of actually fasting.
Looking for some tips and food ideas that will help me have a nice clense without bein starving
