I was incredibly good the entire holiday season, but last night, I went to a New Year's party and had some white wine, which really messed me up. I only had about 1.5 glasses (the plastic ones they had were tiny and I had 3 of those) and that completely interfered with my sleep so I only slept 20 minutes the whole night. I don't do well with alcohol (even though I had a great time while at the party) and I felt sick the whole night and still today. Because of that, I wasn't able to workout today, but I did take two small walks around my neighborhood.
I plan to get right back on track tomorrow with my workouts and my weight loss!
