Specific workout goals by December 2010:
1. Squat: 1RM 125lbs (tricky)
2. Deadlift: 1RM 200lbs (could surpass as I'm at 190lbs but stopped)
3. Bench: 1RM 75lbs (ouch!)
4. Press: 1RM 60lbs (double ouch!)
5. Power Clean: 100lbs (a bit ambitious)
General workout goals:
1. Continue working out until late May/early June (baby due date)
2. Not workout until late July/early August without going insane
3. Go back to pre-baby weight or exceed that if it means gaining muscle!
Other goals:
1. Not to go insane when moving 5000km across the country to a French province when my French sucks, having a baby, and purchasing a home -
in the same month.
