Lorelai, sometimes it seems like the binges build on each other. I binged, I feel bad/guilty, I binge, I feel bad/guilty, repeat, over and over. Like you, I don't seem to have a problem with exercise either but tend to ruin it with my eating. The best thing that I have done for myself is to learn to forgive myself. Forgive yourself for the binge. You are a special person who deserves to take really good care of yourself. You know that binging doesn't make you feel better. Maybe you can find ways to feed your soul that don't include food--a bubble bath, a really good book, a fun game with friends or family, a good movie, a mani-pedi--you get the idea.
