So I've been on birth control since I was about 20 (28 now). A couple of years ago I had a little trouble with spotting between periods, but that got resolved.
Now it seems that I'm bleeding a little after my morning workout. I've been working out since July 31, 2007...five days a week, cardio and weights (3X a week). Nothing new. Not pregnant either.
This happen to anyone else? I need to make an appt. with my doctor, but it'll be two months before I can get in probably...
