Possibly TMI TOM question...
 

So I've been on birth control since I was about 20 (28 now). A couple of years ago I had a little trouble with spotting between periods, but that got resolved.

Now it seems that I'm bleeding a little after my morning workout. I've been working out since July 31, 2007...five days a week, cardio and weights (3X a week). Nothing new. Not pregnant either.

This happen to anyone else? I need to make an appt. with my doctor, but it'll be two months before I can get in probably...

So you have spotting after every workout? Super inconvenient,I'm sure. I've never heard of this. I know I'm alittle heavier after a hard workout...I guess its because of pushing already contracting ovaries? Idk...Good luck getting this checked out.

I would explain to your Gyn's office that you need to be seen quickly. It's not as if you're scheduling your annual exam. It may turn out to be nothing to worry about, but until the doctor tells you that, you're going to be worrying. Being a woman is so much fun at times, isn't it? :dizzy:

i sometimes spot after and extremely strenuous run....like after 20 miles, or after my marathon.
I also dont get my period any more....but thats another issue altogether

All I'm doing is 20-30 minutes on the elliptical...I WISH I could run that long or far!!!

Go in ASAP and get it checked out, even if it is not your normal dr., go see somebody else!
