That sounds reasonable to me. I like a mid-morning snack to keep my blood sugar stable and keep me on track for the day.
With 1500 calories, that seems to be a perfect-size breakfast if you are eating 3 meals and s couple snacks during the day.
Maybe more fiber would keep you fuller longer.
Some of my breakfast choices include:
Fiber One with yogurt, nuts, and fruit
Oatmeal with milk, nuts, and fruit
Egg, MSF sausage and Thomas Light Multigrain English Muffin
Oatmeal with PB and fruit
SouthBeach High Protein Living Breakfast Bar (grab and go breakfast option)
Banana, English Muffin with Laughing Cow or PB
