Hey everyone. I stumbled into this forum thanks to a google search while taking a study break. I'm an undergrad student finishing my last year of college and my weight has fluctuated between 145 lbs at the least and 196 at the greatest over the last four years. This seems like a great support group. I recently stepped on my scale a few weeks ago after not weighing myself in two months. To my surprise I had lost 10 lbs without trying so here I am back to dieting and exercising since I don't feel like such a lost cause anymore. Looking forward to this
