Well, I joined here last week, but have yet to introduce myself. My name is Kristi and I live in a state of organized chaos, thus my user name. I have a long journey in front of me, but if I don't make a change in my life now, in 10 years I will be wondering why. I am a WOHM with 3 beautiful kids, ages 10, 7, and 3. My DH is very supportive and has always told me he loves me no matter what size I am, but I know he worries about me. I have been doing this on my own for a little over a week, but I am looking into joining WW as it really does me good to have those weekly in face meetings. I watch The Biggest Loser and find it a huge motivation for me.

I lead a busy life, so I may not post often, but I do read when I can fit it in.

Welcome to 3FC. You have a supportive hubby and now the 3FC. That sounds like a fAbUlOuS start to your journey. You CAN absolutely do this. There is no part of your struggle and journey that cannot be discussed and identified with here. I am not a WW but believe and employ many of their principles. Congrats on figuring out a plan and beginning your journey to the health you want.

It sounds like you're off to a good start and have a great plan for meeting your goal!

Glad to have you join us! There are lots & lots of different groups and forums - I'm sure you'll find some that will keep you motivated, inspired and entertained!

There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a short time myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of cheating or giving up.

So welcome - you 've found the right place - join in by inspiring us and being inspired!
