I thought I would post a quick hello!
I am in real need of support, I dont have alot of it here where I am and I feel pretty down.
Crappy economy and bad business at the moment.. makes me just wanna dive in!
I was doing GREAT! - last week 178 this week after vacation ( of course I RAN IN THE HOUSE and went straight for the scale) Wink-Wonk... 190!
MY GOD... Well we'll see after im not so BOUND UP after eating red meat too. I am NOT a MEAT AND POTATOES GAL!
and it seems thats all we ate. How stupid, I could have said NO!
WHY!, i ask why!
Anyway, here i am, I am going for 165 ( AGAIN!- I was 4 lbs from my goal when my fiance cheated and I ate my way through the misery and thus here i am!)
I am just kicking myself!
