Hello to my friends
At this sad time I am really needing you. Due to this tragedy, I feel I have lost total control of being healthy, and am at the point of not caring.
I know my family needs me and that is whats keeping me going for now, all previous efforts of eating healthy are failing.

do the best you can. the sadness will ease [notice i didn't say it'll go away!!! not sure it ever does, especially when someone so young leaves us], and life WILL go on. and you're right, your children and sister and the rest of your family need your wisdom, support, kindness.

Joe Ann, I undrstnd and knw that there is nothing that cn be said to change how much you must feel. I too have a brother in law who is more like a brother. so much so I often call him my brother. I agree with the others. The pain will ease. But you need to keep going and focus on your needs as well as the needs of those close to you. Plse keep in contact with us. This forum has bn a God send to me and I thnk it will hlp you.
