I was just in GNC looking for Pria Bars. At the register, they had a bar called Tiger's Milk. The label says "fortified with vitamins and minerals" AND they were 40 cents. I picked one up and started looking around the label:

50% CALCIUM
140 cal
2.5g fat
1g fiber

3 POINTS

I tried it and it tastes great. The flavor I got was Lemon Meringue. Very much yummy! I hear they either do or used to have other flavors, but this is the only one I've seen.

They are substantially cheaper than LUNA or Pria bars, (40 cents a piece) although I do love and buy the others too. I like variety.

I haven't seen any bars with 50% calcium before. That's 2 milks in one shot.

Just thought I'd share this find. I do NOT work for nor do I have any $$$ stake in the company, just in case this sounds like a commerical to some of you. I understand there are those who may post on boards pretending to be regular members.

Needless to say, I wiped them out! Sure hope they get more soon.

Sounds great! I love having a bar in my purse for those times when I need "something bad" or I'll scream. Actually its good for you, but tastes like its bad.....lead me to them!!

Now to find a GNC near me.

How do you use these bars? I mean, do you all use them for emergencies, or as a meal replacement I know that its a silly question, but I'm afraid that I would use them to my disadvantage
