Keeping track
Well lets see.. I'm new to this group, but am comitted to keeping myself accountable, so here goes.
Last night- worked out 20 min
Today-
B- 1c Cheerios
1c Skim Milk
L- Lean Cuisine flatbread pizza
1/3 c veggie pasta
Activia yogurt
Snack- microwave popcorn
D- 1c Broccoli
1c White rice with pepper
2 slices 12 grain organic bread
2 tbs peanut butter
2 tsp honey
5 spearmint leaves (bad, bad, bad!) throwing them away tonight!
I plan on going to the gym again tonight with my sister- will still keep it around 20 min at my weight.
