I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.
Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

My goal for today is to get a grocery list done. We are vacationing at a cabin with another family so when we get there & go to the store I'd like to be prepared so it doesn't become a hodge-podge grab all (code for crap).
My goal for today is to not eat out during lunch. I swear every friday something comes over me and I eat out and then skip my workout. So today I will eat my Lean Cuisine and then exercise when I get off work.
Today, I am determined to actually stay on plan. Just one day, I can do it again. It's so darn hard starting over, I never want to be in this place again. So, for today...

Tracy, I get bored easy. Believe it or not, I'm bored with 3fatchicks right now. I may have signed up for too many things. I belong to another group, its a forum, and that's where I'm at, I just stopped in to see how it was going. You may have to start this for tomorrow.
