Default Just for Today Challenge, August 7

Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) Newbies to this thread always welcome!

Ash or Terapet, want to take this challenge over? I've kind of gotten away from 3fchicks and am back on track, too, for now, lol. Do whatever you want with it. (or someone else)

My goals for today
Exercise: 3 hours on stat bike, 20 minutes weight, 30 minute walk or step
Water: 200 ounces
Food: 1200-1400 calories of healthy eats

My goal for today is to get a grocery list done. We are vacationing at a cabin with another family so when we get there & go to the store I'd like to be prepared so it doesn't become a hodge-podge grab all (code for crap).

My goal for today is to not eat out during lunch. I swear every friday something comes over me and I eat out and then skip my workout. So today I will eat my Lean Cuisine and then exercise when I get off work.

Today, I am determined to actually stay on plan. Just one day, I can do it again. It's so darn hard starting over, I never want to be in this place again. So, for today...

6+ bottles water
1,200 calories
Exercise of some sort, any sort, just DO IT!

What neat idea!
My goal for today:
exercise at least 30 min: Done
Drink gallon water
eat under 1500 cal
Not to eat any of the frozen juice bars in the freezer....even if they are a healthier desert choice-- I want to avoid the high fructose corn syrup today.

My lunch goal went great. Work is winding down in the next 10 minutes and I just have to make myself go to the gym. Fridays are the hardest.

Tracy, I get bored easy. Believe it or not, I'm bored with 3fatchicks right now. I may have signed up for too many things. I belong to another group, its a forum, and that's where I'm at, I just stopped in to see how it was going. You may have to start this for tomorrow.

I see a lot of newcomers!!!!
