Intro, new girl!
Hello, everyone!
My name is Puja, and I have been lurking here for awhile but I have decided to join. I have been struggling with some extra weight all my life, and I am finally ready to make the commitment towards it.
When I was younger, I weighed around 200 lbs and then I quit drinking pop. I lost about 20 lbs and have stayed around there since. I've gotten down to 150 before but that was done unhealthily (starving myself, etc). I have/had body issues but I'm thankfully beyond the immature step of not eating, and am now eating healthily to foster weight loss.
Hopefully I can do it! I'm currently around 175lbs, and I want to get down to 150-145 lbs. I'm a bigger boned sort of person, so I don't know how I'll look beyond 145 but I'll cross that bridge when it comes. Here are some pics of me!
