When I get a signature.

  • I'm going to have 2 trackers. The first will show my overall weight journey. The second will show my mini goals, which will be blocks of 7lb's. I'm English, mid 50's and a child of my time. I think in stones and lbs. As I hopefully lose each half stone I'll have a smilie, because I will be on cloud nine everytime I get to the end of my 2nd tracker. I need to lose aprox 6 stone so that will be 12 for me to reach goal.

    Food is on track today and stayed within my 2000 calories.

    How's everyone else doing?

  • I started thinking in lbs and kg as well as in stones now - more mini goals to reach that way (every 5kg, every 5lb, every half stone)
  • Forgot to say, also on track with both food and exercise at the moment Normally weight myself on Tuesdays as at parents' house but can't today as won't be going due to ill child. so will have to wait until Saturday to see how I'm doing this week.
  • My weigh day is tomorrow, but I've had a couple of very bad binge days so not holding out much hope for losing any lbs.
