I'm not sure if "Extreme" is a word that you want to associate with one's weight loss plan, IMO. It really doesn't seem to leave any room for fruits or veggies, or lean protein. You may lose weight with this "diet", but what happens when you go back to eatting regularly? I might be just best to slowly introduce good whole grains, fruits, veggies and proteins in to your meal plan. "Diets" rarely work, lifestyle changes are forever.
