Weekend Challenge

  • I am starting a 2 day challenge just for the weekend. Because I don't want to get off track. I lost a few lbs & want the scale to keep gong down.
    1.Calories 1200
    2.Exercise15minutes (at least)
    3.Water {at least 50 oz}
  • Alright last weakend I lost control but this upcoming weakend June 20th 21stI am going to plan. Weakends are my hardest and If I weigh in on Monday morning it will be better.

    Sat= 4 mile morning walk/jog
    Sun= 30 day shred work out

  • I almost missed this one! LOL! I'm all about the weekend challenge

    My goals are gonna stay the same as the weekday challenge pretty much..

    1. Water - 40 oz
    2. Food - 1500 calories ( just a few more calories for the weekend )
    3. Exercise - 60 minutes per day
