Introduction
Hi Everyone!
I've been on and off diets my entire adult life. I've lost weight 2 times before (once before my wedding and once after the wedding). I'm on my third time down after having my first child (she's 16 months today, where does the time go). Exercise is key for me and my husband and I finally have a routine where I get 45 minutes every weekday morning before work to exercise. It's been wonderful!
